Our 2023 seminar series will be starting in January and is aimed at keeping you up to date with the latest developments in the private wealth space. In our first seminar members of our Italian team will be talking about the main provisions of the 2023 Italian Financial Act, including the new rules on the taxation of capital gains in real estate companies, as well as the new tax regime and voluntary disclosure program for crypto assets.
The seminar will also comment on the recent comprehensive guidelines issued by the Italian tax authorities in relation to the Italian tax treatment of foreign and domestic trusts with Italian tax resident beneficiaries.
